Shoujo of Shame

So, I was talking to [personal profile] artillie  about Revy/Rock in Black Lagoon and how they resemble a reversed Kyo/Yuya of Samurai Deeper Kyo, only sans genre sexism and groping, which eventually led to the manhwa You're So Cool, whose lead pair resembles a shoujo-lite Kyo/Yuya, only he's a far less appealing character, and so when I read it, I tend to just glare at him crossly until he has Kyo-like moments of Totally Not Liking Her No Really.  (It helps that the rest of the cast is really quite likable.)

You're So Cool, needless to say, is one of my Shoujo of Shame.  That is, shoujo manga that does not suit my delicate sensibilities and  violates my typical standards, but that I enthusiasically reading anyway.  Were I to claim taste, I could not admit to reading or owning Shoujo of Shame.  These are the series I have read/am reading that are my Shoujo of Shame:

Tenshi Ja Nai
Ultimate Venus
You're So Cool
Anything by Kaori Yuki
Almost anything by Higuri You
Almost anything by Arina Tanemura

So tell me, O shoujo-reading segment of the F-List (and anyone else who wanders by) what are your Shoujo of Shame?  What shoujo do you read but can't figure out why you keep reading it, or think you really shouldn't admit to liking it in public, or really wish you didn't like as much as you do?

Manga you picked up, read a bit of, then wisely ran away from does not count.

Hana Yori Dango. Ahaha. I usually can't stand the Doumyouji-type, but for some reason, he is the exception to the rule.

I also like Hanazakari no Kimitachi e but don't feel quite as ashamed of that for some reason (though everyone rescuing Mizuki all the time gets old quickly). I really like most of Yoshizumi Wataru's work, although my level of shame depends on which series it is.

It's actually ladies, not shoujo, but close enough? Mine would totally be Morita Yuuko's Koi no Kiseki. It is the most soap-opera-tastic crack EVER. Seriously. If I ever found raws for it, I would have to translate it because it is so wtf it just needs to be shared with the world.

You know? Actually, I don't have any! Mostly because I tend not to pick up shoujo or what I do pick up, I run away from if it horrifies me, so the stuff that's left, I'm not really ashamed of.

Now shounen/seinen manga? Yiiiiiikes, do I have many many MANY of those I'm ashamed of.

Ooooh can I start with High School of the Dead? It's got *two* Nice Guy(tm)/tsundere romances, the girls have all ridiculous breast sizes (except for the seven-year-old, thank goodness) and there is a fanservicey shot every other page, the father of one of the characters is an extremely romantized uyoku dantai leader, teachers associations and leftists are made into Strawman Politicals, there is a level of gun worship that can only make sense to scary military otaku... and it's still a nice manga about a Zombie Apocalypse.

/here via network page, hiya!
