Actual English language information from LJ about the upcoming changes.
Main thing is that infinite scroll can be turned off (probably be a headache to do so though) and there will be some customization options.
Leery about the changes to paid accounts/features though. It sounds like it may be a way to get more money by making you pay for things separately.
