Watching Troy with Dad...

Dad and I went to Troy yesterday, here's a few highlights(keep in mind that he KNEW I'd already seen it)

::first time we see Brad Pitt naked::

He jerks to attention, I studiously look away. Repeat with Orlando Bloom

::Achilles/Briseis Scene::

Dad's hand snaps up in front of my face. I pry it away. 2-3 seconds of no hand in place. Go to the beginning and repeat twice. Repeat once for later Achilles/Briseis scene.

Poor boy didn't know that shirtless Hector scenes were better.

Random comments throughout:

"Which one is Orlando Bloom?" "Paris." "The pansy?"

"Now, where did they find blondes in ancient greece?"

Possibly my favorite: (at the very end...paris's last speech to helen) "Now, that's the sort of talk that caused all this trouble to begin with."

Absolute end, as Odysseus is lighting Achilles's funeral pyre "That poor guy's troubles are just beginning."

And of course, there's the random "Who's that?" ::insert my response:: "And who was he?"

Car troubles and lots over time at work, so I'm not sure how much I'll be on this week.
