I really liked the Killjoys pilot and agree with your thoughts there 100%. Loved Dutch (please let her remain the lead, show) and liked Johnny, but really did not care for D'Avin and I really hope they were intentionally misleading us with D'Avin/Dutch. I'd rather not have that as our main canon pairing. I have hopes that Dutch will remain the main character because the show was created by the same woman who created Lost Girl and she seems to enjoy writing female leads.
I enjoyed Dark Matter a bit less, but it's interesting enough that I'll keep watching. Plus, I adore Zoie Palmer and love what she's done with the Android so far. I was excited to see Torri Higginson but after the way these people treated her on SGA, I am leery about having her in this show. So if her character is recurring, I hope they do a much better job with her here. Two is awesome and I will be very disappointed if she doesn't continue to be the leader. I really enjoy what we've seen of her relationship with Five and her dynamic with the Android so I hope we continue to see those characters interact. Roger Cross' character is the only male character whose made any kind of impression on me so far and I imagine that's largely due to the actor's charisma. Hopefully, I'll continue to like his character as we learn more about him.
