Egads, thanks for sharing that about the post-mortem - what a trashfire. I now wish I'd have stayed so I could have spoken up as someone who was there. I've been communicating with Safety though, and have let them know that I'm adding to my write-up as people are asking me to, so hopefully they will have a very full picture of what happened when it comes time to deciding if this is a permanent ban or not.
