The kdramas I've enjoyed most recently are the KBS weekend dramas and a couple recent thrillers: Nobody Knows and 365: Repeat the Year, plus Itaewon Class, but I think you've seen that. I've just started Mystic Popup Bar and Good Casting and both are promising.
