(no subject)

So, it's not remotely unusual for there to be a show that doesn't interest me.  Sure, I'm always watching something, but about 3/4s, at best, of what I know of I'm not interested in, and at least half of what's left I'll never have time for (my backlog tends to hover around 50 various movies/series)

It's rare, however, for there to be something that's just too weird for me.  It seems, though, that I've found one of those.

Dexter.

Looks to be a good show, but...a serial killer as the protagonist and most of it seems to be his mental processes (was too weirded out a few minutes in to pay close attention)

A little too much for me, it seems.

Shame, it's a really good show... but yeah, it's a strange premise. Certainly not for everyone.

I could tell that it was a good show, and might be able to get into it as a movie, but a continuous thing...a little much for me.

But it certainly didn't seem boring or stereotyped.

YES! I am not the only one. This is much much too weird for me...

I love it. I need a Dexter icon for the upcoming season.

Serial killer as a protagonist doesn't bother me at all. I wonder what that says about me?

I have no idea. But whatever it sys about you, you're far from alone as many others like it.

Yeah. I mean, I can tell it's pretty good, but...ehm...maybe if it were from 2 perspectives I'd be more ok with it...but as it was I wa just kind of staring and wondering how they could make an entire series like that (a movie, sure, but a series?)
