And now, a Supernatural post of little substance

And I have finished ep 4.

Just a note...I am largely unspoiled for season 2.  I have read some bits and looked at pictures, but that's it.

Anyway, pics(only 9) are only from the first 2 eps, really only spoilery for the first ep.

I remain deeply in love with this:

While I am also very fond of this:

And am aware that he is probably the more important of the two as far as the mytharc goes, I kinda-sorta-maybe-almost forget about him when this is on my screen:

I do feel mildly guilty about it, though.

Also, while it's probably not a popular opinion(well, I've seen comments about not liking him on my f-list, at least...) I'm also rather fond of this:

Therefore, this makes me very sad:

As does this:

Sure, he was never going to win the "father of the year" award and wasn't exactly the perfect dad, but he loved his sons, he was just too focused on certain things.  Besides, how could we have Sam and Dean-angstridden monster hunters or otherwise-without him?

I am now very, very, VERY fond of this:

There's just something bizarrely appealing about ships in stories like this that start with a punch to the face and holding a rifle on a guy(when done right...when done wrong it's about the most annoying thing ever.)

I curse, CURSE I say, the fans who threw hissy fits at the idea of a girl stealing their precious Dean and depriving them of brother time.

I am EXTREMELY bitter that I don't get to keep this:

Some of you are aware of my bitterness over not getting to keep Antique Girl in season one.  This is surpassed because I was going to get to keep Jo until the fans whined.  Still, I have every other appearance of her's in S2 left, and maybe she'll be back.  Doesn't her mother stick around?

Also, I am DEEPLY CONCERNED about this:

Also, while no pics, SAMMY WATCHES PORN.  I do not know why that gives me joy, but it does.

Of actual substance:  I can't recall the full story of the colt from season 1, so there may be something in there that makes my pondering irrelevant, but, are we POSITIVE the last bullet was used to kill John, and not a substitute? Can the colt use other bullets besides the demon killing ones, but without the same effect?  Could Dean actually have the last bullet, just not the gun?

And yeah, I realize most already know the answer if it's something worth pondering, but humor me...
