J.R. Bourne and his pretty, pretty blue eyes are back on Stargate.  I was worried Nordic Blondie had replaced him.  I like Nordic Blondie, but she does not look at any castmemembers with pretty, sorrowful eyes that say "you have the memories of my true love but are not her and don't love me, so I shall siliently pine for eternity in mostly-spoken acceptance." 

ETA (after finishing ep):  NNNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!  *sniffles*  At least I do like Nordic Blondie(yeah, I know the character's names, but I got used to calling her that before I learned it...)

She's such a great character that I guess it's just somewhat believable. She super-smart, pretty & acts really cute at times.

Not only that, but she has no real superiority complex about it. She knows she's marter than O'Neill(and others) but doesn't care and doesn't draw attention to it, and she humors O'Neill when he draws attention to it(usually to flatter her)

That's the guy who temporarily replaced Daniel and got turned into a goauld, right? I actually kinda felt for him...kept getiing compared to Daniel and coming up short. Can you imagine if he had to put up with a standin for Carter or Teal'c?

No, I don't think so. He shows up a few times and has a major superiority complex & clashes tons with Sam.

He's very annoying in SG1 but becomes a major character in Atlantis where his character developes & he's one of my favorites, now.

I love the looks the boys get when her intelligence is questioned or undermined. "What? NO! NOT ALLOWED! Must Punish! Oh, she got it..."
