Well, the illustrator seems to be Akihiro Yamada. If you do a Google image search on that name, you will find a pile of stuff. Also, see this Akihiro Yamada scans site. The trouble is, that's not his only series. The color scans (after the first couple of pages) are gorgeous, but I'm not sure what they're from.
