The case of the missing trash collector.

The trash collector did not come by once this week, as opposed to the usual twice. The trash is threatening to spill out of the bins and devour the parkinglot. Actually, there's at least another bin and a half full of trash piled around the bins, but it's being kept out of the way so far.

nope, so he had to settle with the nestbest... and the poor trashguy is probably locked up in a closed ward, deeply traumatized, and therfore slowly loosing his mind...
