I read scanslations of Bleach uo to about vol 25 last year...21 should, iirc, mostly be downtime after the Soul Society endless fight.

I have fewer problems than most w/ art. While there are some art styles that do turn me off, mostly I'm more about character and story(mot people hate the art in my favorite manga, Basara, but it never bothered me a lot and I eventually liked it...don't know if it got better or just grew on me)
