well...it's a kids' movie...with established canon and style...I want to say "surely, he can't try to do TOO much with it...and there's all this good stuff he's starting with..."

And I could...until I watched this and realized that yes, you can t6ake things that should be enough to carry your movie on it's own merit and make them bog it down horribly.
