I think part of my problem with Setsuna is that his "girls should focus on being pretty so guys will want to save them" comment was when I started to wonder about Kaori Yuki and her ideas about women in fiction. (Reading her author's notes just makes me wonder even more...) Just to make it odder for me: I find Setsuna to be his most entertaining when he's wangsting over how his love for Sara is oh-so-forbidden...but Sara is my favorite after Kira and kurai because of her "screw you!" attituide when people try to make her feel shame, and her acceptance of it, so even though he's entertaining me, I want to tell him to shut up and learn from her.
