I only watched the first season, but that wasn't really the feeling I got from Fiona. I figured she was kind of bored and figured she'd stick around to see what she could do, and sex with Michael is a side bonus. Michael, IMO, is more connected to her than she is, which is why he keeps turning her down.

But again, I watched ages ago.
