http://www.midtowncomics.com/ has the earliest, official final list up every Saturday around 2am US Eastern time.

http://www.diamondcomics.com/shipping.asp also has some options. They update every Monday with their official list of what will be out Wednesday, beaing beaten by Midtown by a few days, and also on Mondays they release a preliminary list for NEXT week, but it tends to be riddled with errors, either with stuff that won't actually be out in time, or with stuff not on the list that should be.
