(no subject)

I just want to say that since it's been slow today, we've been cleaning out binders and shredding things, and I opened a grubby and cobwebby binder AND A SPIDER CAME OUT AND CRAWLED TOWARDS ME!!!

(then got smooshed)

There were also dead bugs all over the thing...

I was going to make a teasing remark about the spider coming after you only because the bugs he already had were dried out and no good, but I don't know how arachnophobic you are ... .

I'm sorry. My mother has a horrible fear of spiders, and she gives out awards to students who are willing to kill them for her.

It worked really well at the past couple of schools she's been at, but now she's at a school where half of her students will be standing on the chair screaming with her when there's a spider, so she's having trouble finding brave students...
