Lee Jun Ki's girliness
My computer is having a fast day so I have been stealing pics of My Girl from soompi(I have since given up though, since it started to lag) and am struck by how amazingly girly he is. I haven't really looked at stills of him since soon after I watched the show, and when you're actually watching him, he's 100% guy and I forget how girly he looks. But seriously guys, look at this:

and prettybut in real is a 'guy'.him shedding that girly image in time of dog and wolf might be one of the reason I really like the drama besides the story execution.

haha.
I *LURVE* manly jun ki in TODW <3
I read news that he's going to shed off his weight for an upcoming project. that's my 'shame, I say'. he's better with muscle and meat and manly. ^^

Yay, somebody agrees!

Why do they always want these guys to lose weight? Can they not see that most of them need to GAIN some weight...

It's funny, I'm perfectly fine with cigars and pipes in an historical context, but the second they show up in something contemporary, or if I see any cigarette, I'm immediately alienated.

I'm not sure about Dog/Wolf either. I tried really hard to get into both Green Rose and Queen of the Game and couldn't. Honestly, I don't know why, in both it seemed good and like it had a good plot, had good acting, and (while I had some issues with the hero in QotG) I liked the leads in both, but I have yet to finish the first episode of either.

But mmmmm, since I prefer my boys masculine, I loved him in Time Between Dog and Wolf when he got all short-haircutted and manly and buff.
I mean, compare:
to his girliest, King and Clown:
I am hoping his upcoming drama Iljimae has him looking more like the former and not the latter :)

But then when he acts(at least in My Girl) he isn't remotely girly at all.

Now, Tegoshi Yuya? Looks like a cute little girl.

LOL. You have high standards for girliness :)

(And the plot synopsis mentions a girly boy and a manly woman as the main characters, so I assumed he was the manly woman.)
I've pretty much stalled on Queen's because I can't handle episodes that are over an hour long, it really tests my patience for some reason, where watching two episodes in a row will not.

Part of this was watching the Taiwanese and Japanese versions of Hana Kimi and Coffe Prince at the same time, though.

Re pic #2: Lord, change his part to the other direction, and he'd make a great Yukimura ... although his face is actually a little too broad in repose for the Man from Kudoyama ... .

Actually, he might actually make a decent Yukimura, come to think of it.
(I was wondering why that particular pic called to me when I was grabbing them)
