Is it a sign of my mental five-year-old-ness that my first 'trying to see the bright side' thought (not that I would ever spout that kind of thing to people actually dealing with it, but I tend to leap to 'it could happen to me' hypotheticals) is: 'is consisting on ice cream a possibility!?'
