When I read these books as a tween, I remember LURVING them so much more than The Vampire Diaries. Actually, I still love them. I bought the omnibuses because of that everlasting love.
There were so many things to love about it but one of the best things was how Faye, when she turned evil (actually evil, not bad good girl), became utterly boring.
