I wonder if the disconnect was intentional? They seem to be playing it as Oliver is in love with Laurel (and that his time on the island let him sort out his stuff there and appreciate her more) but she isn't in love with him anymore. Which is fine in and of itself, but we know how fiction tends to find reciprocation on women's part a secondary concern in these things.
I'm going with Laurel and Oliver for the TV show and Dinah and Ollie for the comics.
