Doubtful. I don't remember a whole lot about her, but ADV only released three volumes of the manga here, whereas there are 6 or 7 in Japan.
Last I heard, ADV was going to concentrate their manga efforts on properties that they also had the anime rights for, which I don't think is the case for Gunslinger Girls.
