quick update

My grandmother had a stroke early yesterday morning...apparently she's responding relatively well but can't move her right side. Mind you, the entire purpose of the surgery was to PREVENT a stroke...

In less important news:

Our dryer(clothing) is dead.

Diamond is EVIL(no big news there...)

My teacher assigned us to read book 1 of the Faerie Queen and book 2 of Paradise Lost...which totals 150~ pages. Oh, and he doesn't know as much about the subject as he seems to in class...on a quiz question, I referred to a section that's several pages of the 30 page essay he had us read, and he wrote a note on it saying that he didn't know what I was talking about. And he's started several times to refer to something that's not in our translation of Beowulf...
