odd things I ponder...

So, if you read/watch Bleach, you know that there are a bunch of characters with big swords, and when they shout "BANKAI!" their swords get even bigger(ok, not EXACTLY the case, but close enough to serve.)  Except for Rukia.  Who, for some reason, has a teeny weeny little sword (though, granted, everyone does "ooooo" and "aaaaaaahhh" over it) that never gets a size upgrade(that I know of.)  What's with that?  Surely Rukia is also deserving of a giant sword...

Twilight movie?

Ok, the last few days, icons have been pouring through LJ of very very photoshopped together Twilight icons.  Has there been some sort of movie announced, or is there just this mass fantasy casting going on where everyone agrees?

(yeah, I don't really care in terms of the property itself, but if there are going to be icons with real people in the roles on my f-list anyway, I'd rather they not be photoshopped poses that don't really go together.)
