Gothic Shoujo Crack

So, I’m reading a copy of Vampire Knight volume 8 for a review. Sadly, it seems to have gone from “creepy aspects too much for me, but interesting” to “creepy and boring.” But more importantly, I have decided to summarize my reactions to certain aspects of Gothic Shoujo Crack in Vampire Knight, Cantarella and Angel Sanctuary.

There are good mail days, and there are bad mail days.

Bad mail days are days you rush to the mailbox, hoping for your Farscape: The Complete Series DVDs and have nothing. Or a bill.

Good mail days are days when you rush to the mailbox and find two Babylon 5 DVDs from Netflix*, Farscape: The Complete Series DVDs, a box of historical fiction and YA from bookcloseouts.com (the first one…I was very bad) and a surprise package from southerndave(WHEE! Thank you!) with a book each by Terry Pratchett**, Diana Wynne Jones, and what appear to be guides for Doctor Who and Terry Pratchett.


*Currently watching the original pilot. So weird! And…I am so glad I stumbled across the original plans for Delenn ages ago, and so was braced for it.
**Where does Nation fall, as far as subseries and such go?
