Skip if easily squicked by bodily functions.

I have viral diarrhea, which is a first for me.  Until yesterday, I didn't realize there was a diarrheal equivalent to dry heaves.  I mean, it makes sense that there is, I'd just never experienced it.  Those things hurt.

More importantly, I am forbidden solid foods until Thursday.  I want my solid foods!  (Unlike a stomach virus, this doesn't affect my appetite-though it does make me super thirsty-and so I'm hungry just thinking about it.)
