manga: From Eroica With Love vol 5-14

Apparently, I needed to read 10 volumes over the space of about a week and a half to get sucked into this one. Except for Bonham and Z (maybe A) I’m not sure there are any characters here who I’d like, normally, and I’m not sure “like” is even the right word for most of them, at least with my normal standards for the word. And yet, I enjoy pretty much every major character, even James and G, and I think I normally wouldn’t be able to stand those two, normally. Now I get sad if too many pages go by without James traumatizing someone with his greed.

My favorite, though, is probably Lawrence, the James Bond wannabe who is convinced that he and Klaus are best friends.
