Today I got a shot [ETA: With a needle!) in the butt (ok, hip, but I had to drop my knickers and expose my nether regions) for a sinus infection, and then was topld that DC is discontinuing the CMX manga line.

(Cheer me up, folks. Tell me you're going to WisCon, Marjorie Liu is writing a Jubilee series, Ha Ji Won and Lee Seo Jin are doing another sageuk, Claudia Black has been cast as Wonder Woman, etc.)

I am very fond of this picture of the Bollywood actress, Kajol.



Look!  You can actually tell that there's flesh on her stomach!  (This is not the source of my fondness, but a bonus.)  I bet the very idea makes Hollywood photographers have strokes.  (Based on what I've seen, Bollywood also seems to have a fairly uniform expectations of women's body types, but not as strict as Hollywood, and, uhm, healthier looking.)
