Well, there's all the het in DaVinci's Demons and the extremely extended, gratuitous rape scene in episode one of Orphan Black - Vikings has lots of rape, main male rapists and sidelined female characters and I hear The Americans has graphic rape in the first episode (I don't know about later episodes.) I thought Defiance was fun, though.
