I agree that Irisa will brush it off as just sex...and then we'll have semi-regular repeats until either he dies or something happens to make her realize it's more. (I don't think she's nearly as into him as he is into her at this point, though.)
I think it'll be Rachel that kills Monroe, or a combination of Rachel and Miles.
I agree that making Miles be Charlie's biological father at this point wouldn't add anything save maybe put a bit of a different spin (in both good and bad ways) on Charlie's relationship with ben, but it might go there just for the Drama.
The abuse plotline (much as I think they're handling it and Jason's trying to free himself well) has definitely made me less fond of Neville (as in, not at all) but as an antagonist, I'll still take him over Monroe any day.
