Why so much squeeing?
Nancy and Derek, after realizing they can't kill each other, even though they're supposed to, because they love each other.
N: "What can we do?"
D: "I never worry about the future, I only know that I want to be with you."
N: "Neither good nor evil, there's no place for us. My father wants you dead, you'll be the public enemy. Do you regret this?"
D: "I never have regrets. The question is whether you want to be with me."
N: "I'm already with you."
With hugging, beautiful scenery, lovely music and cuddling.
*runs around squeeing*
ep 17
YES! Frankie vs main bad guy, Frankie won't win this time, of course, but...
AAAH! Bad Guy morphed into Frankie and it's Frankie vs Frankie, which is awesome...
HAHA! Frankie's pendant kept the bad guy from killing him...after Frankie passed out...
Raymond, stop pretending you keep helping Tavia and Frankie for any reason besides liking them...it's not working anymore.
DRAGON BONES!!! They found dragon bones in the cave...that rocks...
YES! Time to go looking for the couple...calixaassures me that it's the best part of the search for the heroes.
Raymond, I have no idea what this allegory you're making is and neither do Tavia or the monk...but apparently Frankie so, so that's ok.
Aww...poor Tavia...she just heard Frankie and the monk talking about the monk thinking he's her father and she's all confused.
Ok gravestone, I don't know who you belong to, but it's making Tavia cry. Aww...it's the mother of monk's kid(and thus who Tavia thinks is her mother)
Man...Bad Guy can kill people with one punch. Frankie, you got lucky.
OOO...Bad Guy just left flowers at the grave of Tavia's mom and FRankie has realized monk can't be Tavia's dad...this means BAD GUY much be Tavia's dad.
*pauses*
If so, I now love this so much more(and I already loved it) It means that, of our 3 heroines, 2 are the daughters of villains but don't know it and the other is a former thief and the three heroes are an assassin, a fortuneteller not associated with good or evil even though he's good, and a doctor who really couldn't care less about which side wins as long as he can accomplish what he wants...it's just more convenient for him to side with the good guys(and, you know, he likes Frankie and Tavia and loves Selena, which is also a bonus)
*restarts*
EVIL DOCTOR! Raymond, he tried to kill your future stepson...deal with him properly.
RAYMOND! Don't bargain with him, just torture the information you need out of him...he poisoned kids and puppies to test you, it's ok.
Evil Doctor, Raymond. Will. Kill. You. You don't go threatening Selena and the kid and expect to live...
YES! And that's exactly what Raymond just told him...not "don't you dare" or "DON'T TOUCH HER!" or anything just a calm, cold "You will die if Yin Li Yoi is harmed." Just stating the facts, as they are...

Aww...Selena's crying over Raymond's brother and hugging Raymond and Raymond's just like this shut down statue...
Until he gets pissed at fate...Raymond, working yourself to death is not the answer...Selena, don't be nice and understanding, justdrag him off to your bedroom for therapuetic sex make him eat your excellent cooking.
Selena, reminding him that his brother died to save you isn't helping...Bedroom. Sex. Trust me.

I love how this show can instantly and smoothly shift from romantic angst and drama to fun adventure.
Plan worked...though...the boys may regret it.
Aww...couple is so cute(for some reason, I adore the stable, established couples who have already worked their stuff out in wuxia dramas...I guess it gives me hope for the leads)

ok, no more of this post...takes too long per ep...
But you know, one thing about this that stands out is that I LOVE all the OTPs here. Usually in these dramas I love one OTP and others are varying stages of like, if I even like them, but here I just love them all, and they're all very distinct, so there's no competition between them.
