Yes, she's married. You kind of couldn't call it an adaptation of overboard withouty that. This actually breaks a long of drama conventions(Anna cusses a bit in English, is a complete bitch and calls everyone on everything and never lets anyone get away with anything unless she has to-such as swallowing her prode to ask for help when it will help those she cares about)

However, Chul Soo doesn't know she's married, and there's no adultery, technical or otherwise. Even though it's not directly addressed, he, at least, is aware of the possibility and he doesn't want to move forward until they know who she is. I was nervous about how they'd handle that part, but it was ahandled very well and I never had a problem with it, despite my having some VERY strong feelings about adultery of any sort.

The "plot" does sound interesting, doesn't it? Actually, while I likely wouldn't have heard of it if I hadn't looked to see what Oh Ji Ho and Han Ye Seul had been in, but I think I would have been interested in it if I'd heard of it, anyway. It sounds like great fun, and it sounds like this role will also be "charming and rogueish but a straight arrow" which is what Chul Soo was.

And, honestly, while I don't like using the term "hunk," it's really the best way to describe him...part of it is that he pretty much oozes charm...not necessarily the "OMG! HOT!" kind, but the nice, likable guy kind.
