Second, this post has inspired me to both read the books and watch the movies. I saw the first (uncomfortable the whole time because I hadn't read the series) and thought it was okay. Didn't pursue the rest of the series.
But wasn't Bourne with chick from Run, Lola, Run at the end of the first? Why would he express himself as having a dead and withered heart? Unless that's spoileriffic, and if it's al kinds of true I might be interested in watching/reading them after all.
