Not a lot to report on...school is evil and bulging with tests and quizzes...even though I'm only taking six hours, I'm still doing at least as much schoolwork as, if not more than, I do with a twelve hour course load.

Meanwhile, mom apparently misplaced the title to granny's car that I'm buying ::rolls eyes::

I've been told that both Circuit City and Hollywood Videos have really good DVD prices. Went to Hollywood Videos last week and yeah, they had great prices...and absolutely nothing cheap that I wanted. Went to circuit city today and had better luck...a lot of their prices were either the same as Hastings, or about the same or very slightly less than Amazon, they did, however, have the second season of Dark Angel for $34.99, which even after taxes wouldsave me a nice little bit off of Amazon's cost for that, so I'll be going back for that on payday, and likely other times as well.

Speaking of DVDs, it occurred to me that I'm in the middle of 3 DVD sets...Inu Yasha, Buffy and Wonder Woman...Wonder Woman suffered the fate of organization...right after I finished the first disk, I organixed my stack of DVDs to watch, and, being a "W" it ended up at the bottom and everytime I think "I wanna watch an episode of Wonder Woman," I go in, see it under all the others, think about the work it'll take to get it out, and get something else out instead. Regardless, I really need to get through those DVD sets...half-watched things are taking up valuable space...

Not a whole lot to report on, reading of viewing. Mulan 2 was quite good...lovely instrumentals and pretty scenery with a solid enough storyline to carry it through...not as good as the original, but bettert han other Disney sequels I've seen, and better than some of the originals. Started the Fushigi Yugi OVAs...much more polished and professional than the regular series, with a tighter storyline(but then, these are based on the books, too and Watase consistently improved throughout the first series, so I'm assuming a good bit of that can be attributed to her, too) I had a few energetic fangirl reactions to the return of Tasuki, Chichiri and Nakago, but as I think at least 75% of the people who read my LJ are males, I'll spare you. RG Veda was interesting, but started in the middle of the story and ended before the ending...apparently a couple of the more popular adventures fromthe manga that they thought would be good animated...similar to Here is Greenwood, but without an openning ep to get you familiar w/ the characters and storyline. Readingwise, I read the next volumes in a few mangas...all enjoyable but nothing to really say about them. Also read the first volume of Alichino from Tokyopop...interesting concept, gorgeous art(though the faces tended to look washed out...yeah, I know that's an odd thing to say about a B&W book...) but all in all, I don't have a lot to say about it and likely won't until I read more.

Ok, that looks like I said a lot of stuff even though I only said a few bits about a few things...
