random odds and ends

1) I get $428 back in taxes. WHEE!!!!
2) We have a little blue container with a lid on it near the cat's food bowl so that we don't have to go to the pantry eveery time we feed her, just every couple of days. Well, every morning when he gets up, dad gives her a little snack. This morning he went to feed her and the cup was empty. He says that when she saw, she literally keeled over to the side just like cats do in cartoons...he said he was afraid he gave her a heart attack. As I can perfectly picture this scene, I keep on cracking up.
3) My Basara regionless set is att he post office(wasn't here when they came by today) I'm very excited to be getting this as I've seen numerous comments from people who started getting the books because they liked the anime. As there's no official US version of the anime(and likely never will be) this gives me great hopes for the subs, and the series itself. I also won the first collectors edition of Ceres off ebay, which collects the first half of ther series, so I'm looking forward to that.
4) My super strrength cough syrup is really, really sweet(and actually fairly yummy.) It also comes with instructions to not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking it.
