Wohoo! Well that's the basic storyline in all of the first season, except at some point "monkey boy" shows up and joins the fun, and we get focus arcs on some of Ran's family and friends and even her toughest enemy.
It's really a lovely show as a sidedish to cleanse your palate :D, and I LOVE the Kogal slang explanation bits.
