I don't know how likely getting Season 2 cheap is, because it only came to be when a lot of fans (600?) preordered the second season when Rightstuf picked up the license and finished the show. I have no idea how many additional copies they printed, I was just so glad I could get the second season I ordered it when it was available to the general public (I hadn't even heard of the preorder effort before).
