meganbmooreYou read Saiyuki. You do not question Sanzo using credit cards. Nor do you wonder where he and Gojyo get their cigarettes. Or where Sanzo gets his newspaper. You also do not wonder where the apparently advanced communications system comes from, and it does not concern you that no one in ancient China notices a FREAKING JEEP driving around.
So why is it that you, the EXACT SAME BRAIN, are driving yourself crazy with the timeline in Tin Man...specifically the fact that no more than 10-12 years can have passed for D.G. since the flashback arc, yet something AT LEAST nearing 20 years has to have passed in the O.Z., when the very, very simple and obvious explanation of "time passes differently in the two worlds" will suffice?
YOU ARE THE ONLY BRAIN IN THE WORLD THAT WOULD DO THIS!!!!!!!
(Actually, I know exactly why...Kazuya Minekura, love the series as I do, doesn't really bother to explain ANYTHING along those lines about that world, but Tin Man is very careful to explain so many things that I expect them to explain EVERYTHING that might need to be explained...)
