Honestly I've gotten tired of the whole Kagome or Kikyo drama. At this point it's pretty obvious if given the choice of two living girls he'd choose Kikyo. When you can't get over someone you know is DEAD, it's time for your new girl to realize you've got a lot more issues than just mourning her.
I love Sessh deeply though and think Sango/Miroku is the best thing about the series.
