meganbmooreTWO IMPORTANT QUESTIONS!
1. Is Clamp capable of writing any sort of student/teacher relationship without indications of (though they seem to prefer explicit) romantic feelings?
2. So, does anyone know if Clamp had always planned to go the Sakura/Syaoran route? Because if I didn't know how it ends up on that front and Tsubasa hadn't already conditioned me to believe that any two people named Sakura and Syaoran belong together, I'd probably be thinking Sakura/Tomoyo was the intended pairing at this point. Of course, as all three are 11, I'm not really invested on that front beyond OMG THE CUTE!!

Ok, what is with Toya and the new music teacher? (Don't tell me, just cackle maniacally since I know you want to anyway.) Given Clamp's track record with these things so far in the series I can only assume that it will be going even more wrong places.
Sakura vs Syaoran over Yukito remains insanely cute. Was was Syaoran's "Raah...rah...you rival! Me be mea-are you crying? You're crying! Must fix! No girls crying!" act when the Mirror Card had Toya. (Sakura is not allowed to cry!)
Does anyone else think Tomoyo was trained since birth to be in love with Sakura?
Did I notice wings on Yukito's back during the hair cutting scene?
Also, I have to say that I'm amazed Toya can have such a massive sister complex and it be completely well balanced and healthy (so far.) He doesn't ride his motorcycle to school because he knows she'll try to keep up on her skates!
Actually, except Rika and the homeroom teacher(which is only really bad because it's reciprocated and he's talked about marriage) pretty much all the relationships here seem fairly healthy so far. Aside from facepalming at the age, even Sakura's parents seem to have been pretty ok, it's mostly just the part where he was still her teacher when and after they got together that's an issue. (I have no problems w/ a 16 year old knowing that someone is "The one," I just wished they'd waited until she was older.) This, of course, is only until Clamp gives us the story with Toya and Kaho and breaks my brain.
I think I'm sad that Kero hasn't shown up in Tsubasa or xxxHolic, unless I just haven't recognized him.
