I concur with your math re: ages--Original!Clow!Sakura was 14 at the time of the events Syaoran is relating in Ch 200. (I am just going to call him Syaoran, because otherwise it is too confusing.)
I have no new loony theories at this point. Except that CLAMP will top anything I could come up with. One of the high points of my was relating the plot of TRC (up to the return to Kurogane's world) and watching them boggle at the pure insanity. It was a ~1.5 hour discussion arising from the seemingly-innocent question of, "How did he lose his eye?"
