Ch 168: I think that CCS Sakura and Syaoran are dead in Watanuki's timeline, but not in the "original" timeline that Syaoran froze when he turned things back. I doubt CLAMP will kill their darlings off for keeps. We'll probably see some version of the two of them in the future, regardless of whether the two time-streams merge or remain separate.
(I'm betting they'll merge. I think the series has been about giving Watanuki the willpower to survive that event as his own person with his own life. Space-time can't stay unstable forever.)
Ch 169: Watanuki stopped wearing glasses because they were knocked off his face while he was in the Dream World, and when he woke up they were missing. He doesn't really need them anymore. Now that he and Doumeki are fully sharing eyesight, he 's regained 20/20 vision and Doumeki has the ability to see spirits.
