I don't think so? At least, by the time I found out about it, it was meant to be a spin-off and that was months before publication. The Cinderella thing sounds like it's meant to be a miniseries with a very specific premise.
Maybe if it sells well, we'll get a spin-off? With Mowgli? And spysex? And Cindy's BFF, Briar Rose, of course. It'll be better than "Fables" has been in a long time.
