... Good grief... that sounds like the rubbish I'm typing up for nanowrimo. Except that I don't do "mushy bits"... was someone paying Stephanie Meyer by the word or something?
Unfortunately, it's not. (I'm reading the book right now since it was forced on me, and I still can't finish the book because every now and then I collapse into gales of laughter at lines like that. :P)
I loved that slide show, by the way. And I actually think too that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart do have a bit more chemistry than Edward and Bella in the book. ^^; I never really got all the hype about Twilight(even more now that I read the book), since I think that even if you treat it as just a romance novel and not as anything more (as some people defend the book), it's still pretty bad. (And besides, I've seen other romances that were done better...)

"You really shouldn't do that to people," I criticized. "It's hardly fair."
"Do what?"
"Dazzle them like that - She's probably hyperventilating in the kitchen right now."
He seemed confused.
"Oh, come on," I said dubiously." You have to know the effect you have on people."
He tilted his head to one side, his eyes were curious. " I dazzle people?"
"You haven't noticed? Do you think everybody gets their way so easily?"
He ignored my questions. " Do I dazzle you?"
"Frequently," I admitted.

(Mind you, that doesn't mean I can actually finish more than half of them...)
