I keep expecting Iria and Karon to have deep, sinful thoughts about each other. Clearly, Cantarella has warped me for life.

Iria continues the proud (?) Higuri You tradition of having my love by tricking Karon and stealing Hilda’s Life Flower (Life Flower! Seriously!) so that Laures won’t have to obey Karon anymore. This creates deep angst in Karon that will no doubt explode magnificently.

Laures celebrates is captivity by sadly playing music, and his freedom by wreaking carnage and walking off with Hilda’s flower between his teeth. It’s nice to know the recent angstfest hasn’t made him lose his style.

Iria runs away and snaps Hilda out of her angst. I approve. I love Hilda, but she’s less fun when wallowing in angst.

Tetius is back to pining for Laures and Zadei is back to angsting about his unrequited love for Tetius. I think the charm has worn off. Not that they had a lot to start with.

But Life Flowers! Seriously!
