At my church, there's a man named Cloyd who, while he doesn't LOOK like my dad, they're the same age and have the same coloring and similar frames, with my dad being a few inches taller, and with appropriate modifications. When I was little(we're talking around 6-7 and under) I was never sure which was which unless I had a good view of his face, because at that size, they looked alike otherwise, so a lot of the time, I would go to Uncle Cloyd before I realized that he wasn't Dad. As he was good friends with Dad, and I was good friends with his daughters, it was never a problem.

Anyway, Dad popped into the nursery to see me today, and Cloyd's grandson, Ethan, went up to Dad, grabbed his pants leg, and was about to start climbing him, going "Papa," when Dad looked down.

Ethan blinks, looks confused, lets go, stares, looks around just in case they traded places, and then grins and walks off.

Just nice to know that I'm not alone.

Mind you, they look NOTHING alike in terms of features, they just have the same bodies to little kids...

As an aside, I went to the house to get more clothes today, and came home with mini-cheezits, pretzels, chex mix, chocolate covered pretzels, and pigs-in-a-blanket. YAY!

Many of them, yes. Should I run out of "real" food before payday...
