I was sitting on the couch reading a few minutes ago when Squeaker decided to see what I was doing. She accidentally raked her jaw along the corner (it's a hardbound library book) of the book, jumped back, blinked, then did it deliberately about half a dozen times.

Then she stared at the book for a minute and bounded off.

My cat--the crazy one--tries to pet herself on everything. Chairs, boxes, tables, groceries, books, people...usually by rubbing her cheeks along stuff. Both of my cats love to have their cheeks scratched, but she's the only one that gets proactive about it. EVERYTHING. I am not kidding.
