Barbie Musketeers

meganbmooreYou know those endless Barbie movies that are fairy tales and popular stories with...Barbie? There is now one with girl musketeers!
It looks rather awful and I shall not be seeing it myself, but all I can think of is being about 9 and reading one of those versions of The Three Musketeers that were abridged for younger readers and wondering (A) why there were no girl musketeers, and (B) why the women kept dying. (I think my pre-adolescent self hated D'Artagnan because I thought women around him automatically died or something.)
