I knew there was a good reason I had an almost irrational hatred of anything by Mark Millar.

Note:   Suggesting a 22 page illustrated rape scene of Wonder Woman BECAUSE she's a famous superheroine?  About as good a joke as a guy who likes to beat up and torture dogs suggesting his best friend drug women so they'll have sex with him.  Oh, wait, that one got aired.  Course, Millar did get his extremely long scene of Ultimate Hank Pym beating his wife into a coma pyblished...

BTW, last I checked, this guy was still one of the most popular and "acclaimed" current writers of US comics.  About 95% of my being about 8 months to 2 years behind on most/all of the US comiocs I still get can be blamed on him and Brian Bendis taking over the Marvel universe, which was my entrry to US comics.

Also, this reminds me of the 5 page essay I once stumbled across about how Storm should be raped because she's a powerful black woman who is also a leader.

Oh gawd, I feel dirty. Is he the creator of Kick Ass? I'm so happy I refused to watch that every time mentioned watching this for a movie outing/gathering. (This is er, because I generally disliked every single superhero movie I was ever forced to watch, and not because I knew about him and his fail though, but still.)

It is. Wanted was aldo based on one of his comics, but I understand the movie managed to tone down the repulsiveness.
