mostly requests for the kdrama fans

1. Does anyone know where I can get subtitles for Soul? (The 2009 series with Lee Seo Jin, not the 2006 series, Soulmate.) I'm pretty sure it has subs, I'm just not sure where.
2. Is the 2009 Hometown Legends available online anywhere? Alternatively, has anyone come across Engrish DVDs? (Since I'll never get English-language licensed DVDs for these.)
3. Having just finished the 2008 Hometown Legends (So awesome! Except ep 7, which felt weirdly incongruous with the rest and rather meh-ed me.) does anyone know of any other horror/supernatural period kdramas? Joseon X-Files/Secret Investigation Record only just started, so only one episode is subbed, and I have all of Gumiho's Revenge/Gumiho: Tale of the Fox's Child, but it isn't completely subbed, and I prefer not to start things before the subs are complete, so neither of those work for me quite yet.
(Yes, gothic/horror continues to be the main thing I'm in the mood to watch.)

Date: 2010-09-08 10:59 pm (UTC)There aren't many kdramas about the supernatural, but there are lots of jdoramas and jmovies about that (but I'm a kdrama addict so I can't help you with recs, sorry). I do recall a Korean sitcom about vampires (it's Hello Franceska), but heh, it's a sitcom, not something scary. What about Nine-tailed fox? Can't vouch for it since I haven't watched it, but it sounds like something you might want to watch. There are maaaaaaaaany korean movies that are scary, though.
BTW, I found this entry through a simple search here. I was looking for drama addicts like myself. ^^
